DriftQ provides an execution intelligence service that connects to business platforms, analyzes process signals, and surfaces operational drift. The service is currently in an early pilot stage and is provided to a limited number of design partners.
You must be authorized to represent the organization on whose behalf you are using the service. By accepting these terms, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization.
You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes. You may not:
DriftQ accesses your business platform data on a read-only basis, limited to process-level signals. We treat all information shared with us as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
You retain all ownership of your data. By using the service, you grant DriftQ a limited license to access and analyze your process data for the purpose of providing the service.
During the pilot phase, the service is provided free of charge in exchange for feedback and collaboration. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice to pilot partners.
All intellectual property related to DriftQ, including the software, methodology, and visual design, is owned by DriftQ. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the service.
The service is provided "as is" during the pilot phase. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the service or its outputs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DriftQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify pilot partners of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
