The tested HubSpot integration uses activity metadata, such as timestamps, stage changes and activity patterns, rather than message content. Metadata, staff observations and investigation notes can still contain personal data. For the managed service, the sources and information used are agreed with your organization before work begins.
During a pilot or ongoing service, designated contacts may share operational information that helps us investigate a change, including a new observation that was not prompted by a system change. We may keep notes of relevant facts, their source, feedback and unresolved questions. The purpose is to understand the agreed business concern, not to score individual employee performance. Data use, access and retention are governed by the applicable agreement with your organization.
The tested integration's data scope should not be read as a description of every future connection. Additional sources are assessed and agreed before use.

Website inquiries are sent from your browser to DriftQ's first-party contact endpoint. The endpoint uses Resend, when configured, to deliver the inquiry to DriftQ's shared contact inbox. Browser-based lead enrichment is disabled. The free-text concern and founder message are not sent to an enrichment provider.
Website inquiries are separate from information processed during a client pilot or ongoing service. Sources and processing arrangements for the managed service are agreed with your organization.
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking service. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising or social media pixel, and no third-party script of any kind: everything the site loads, including its fonts, is served from driftq.ai. Because nothing non-essential is stored on your device, the site asks for no cookie consent.
The only information leaving your browser is what you type into the contact form and choose to send.
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, applicable agreements and legal obligations. Depending on your location, you may ask us to delete information by contacting us.
